An adaptation of the Smurfs 1980s cartoon show version of "King Smurf" with elements from the original comic book story added. During Papa Smurf's absence, Brainy takes on the role of King Smurf, which causes a group of Smurfs to rebel against him when he imprisons Jokey for pulling a prank on him.
