Jack has recorded a promotional video for The Happiest Company, and Stephen is trying to do the same, but is having issues understanding what he's supposed to do and why. When the representative from the company accidentally implies he thinks Stephen is gay, he pitches a fit and starts destroying their office.
Tropes
- Accidental Unfortunate Gesture: The representative from the company gestures towards Stephen when he says the word 'gay', which Stephen believes is his way of implying that thinks he's gay, causing him to throw the subsequent tantrum. The gesture was pretty clearly incidental and the representative was not trying to imply anything.
- Jerkass: Stephen, seeing as how he trashed an entire office just because a representative had accidentally called him gay.
- O.O.C. Is Serious Business: Jack is not laughing and is not egging Stephen on when Stephen starts destroying the office, and very much wants to get him to stop. Justified, as Stephen isn't destroying things that belong to the Quire family here, and is causing genuine damage to a company that just wanted to work with them.
- Unintelligible Accent: Downplayed. The company representative does have a fairly strong accent, but Stephen's the only one who can't understand him.
