Akanbe vs. Hoyobe
is the fourteenth chapter of Glitter Force: Into the Glitterverse.
Milky Rose creates a good version of an Akanbe, a Hoyobe, to fight against Joker.
Tropes:
- Chekhov's Gun: The Akanbe nose that Kurumi picked up back in Chapter 6 becomes useful here, as she uses it to create the Hoyobe.
- Damsel in Distress: The Glitters are useless to help the Cures because they're too afraid of the Akanbe. Tori says she doesn't have the right shoes to fight.
- Fearless Infant: Hugtan isn't afraid of Joker, and tries to shoo him away by herself.
- Good Hurts Evil: Like in Chapter 10, the Cures' good energy hurts Joker, and he is forced to retreat for the sake of his own health.
