While accidentally locked in Providence's zoo along with an escaped EVO, Rex discovers that Noah was hired by White Knight to befriend him.
- Becoming the Mask: When Rex is mad at him for essentially being a "fake" friend, Noah tries to tell him he actually became his friend somewhere along the way.
- Wham Line: Rex was about to slay the escaped EVO, only for Dr. Holliday to step in and intervene. Why? Because the EVO is her younger sister.
- Wham Episode: Rex learns the truth about how Noah was hired by White to be his friend. Although things are rocky for a while, the two talk it out and decide to try and be real friends from here on out.
