Safeno is on the verge of death due to the failure of his organs. The students in his class decide to help him by finding each of the necessary organs.

- Ascended Extra: This is the first episode that prominently features Peruíbe in the main cast, also establishing his greedy personality.
- Bittersweet Ending: Safeno becomes healthy in the end of the episode, but only because Fudêncio took all of Conrado's organs away from him.
- "Shaggy Dog" Story: Fudêncio kills several people to harvest their organs and give them to Safeno. It isn't worth anything after all, because all the killed people were adults, and Safeno is a child, so the organs are not compatible.

- Snap Back: By the next episode, Safeno is sick again and Conrado is healthy again. This episode's events are referenced in following episodes, meaning they probably switched organs again.
