Phoebe thinks the real reason Ross doesn't want to annul his marriage to Rachel is because he still loves her, which he denies. He also proposes that Rachel move in with him. Monica and Chandler have disagreements over the apartment. Joey tries to find a new roommate, preferably a hot girl.

- One Head Taller: After hearing that Ross hugged Rachel instead of telling her the truth about their marriage, Phoebe claims that the reason women are shorter than men is so the men will smell the pheromones in their hair and fall in love with them.
- Put Off Their Food: Ross puts away his chocolate cake in disgust when Phoebe performs her song about a "curly black (pubic) hair".
- Roommate Drama: Monica and Chandler discuss what new additions they'll make to the apartment when Chandler moves in. Monica wants to turn Rachel's room into a guest room, while Chandler wants to make it into a game room. They disagree further when Chandler says he wants to bring his chair and Monica dislikes the idea because it clashes with the other furniture.
- Sexiled: After agreeing to move in with Ross, Rachel suggests they come up with some sort of signal if one of them is getting lucky in the apartment and needs the other to stay away. On hearing this Ross realizes the whole arrangement is a bad idea.
