Ignore the fact that Mokey looks like Marge Simpson
To help the displaced Craggles fit in, Mokey uses her supposed knowledge of Craggles (all of which comes from a book) to come up with a plan: the Fraggles will play all sorts of games with the Craggles. The Craggles, however, do not enjoy Mokey's pandering, and retreat to Calming Cave. There, Mokey learns a surprising fact about the Craggles: they spend most of their time sleeping, during which they share experiences in a strange dream world. In the end, the Fraggles allow the Craggles to stay in Calming Cave until the water is returned to Craggle Lagoon.Meanwhile, Doc tries to contact her landlady, Mrs. Shimmelfinney, and instead ends up hearing a message from Cotterpin Doozer.

- Cliffhanger: Lampshaded by Barry Blueberry as he literally hangs off a cliff.
- Shared Dream: It is revealed in this episode that the Craggles have this ability. Craggles spend more time sharing their dreams while asleep than being awake, and in said dreams are far more energetic than their sleepy awakened selves.
- Sleepy Head: The Craggles. The Fraggles initially take the Craggles' constant yawning as a sign that they're bored, but it turns out they're just tired. Craggles spend most of their time asleep and their stay at Fraggle Rock has them awake for longer periods of time than they're used to.
