Sam's Birthday is the 2nd episode in Series 10 of Fireman Sam.
Joe has designed a toy replica of Jupiter for Sam's birthday, which escapes the garage.
Tropes:
- Birthday Episode: As the title suggests, this episode takes place on Sam's birthday. It is the second episode to do so after "Birthday Surprise" in Series 5.
- Continuity Nod: Upon seeing Dilys, James, and Hannah go flying into the sea, Norman quips "It's usually me who does that", referencing when he did the same in "Floating Kart".
- Incredible Shrinking Man: Referenced; when Dilys sees the toy Jupiter rolling around, she thinks it's the real Jupiter shrunken down.
- Slapstick: Station Officer Steele gets stuck in a landing pad, much to Sam's amusement.
