While several of the schoolchildren are preparing for a game of freeze tag, Man-Arctica shows up, to the delight of the kids. He joins in their game, but misunderstands it and literally starts freezing people. The kids run and hide, and then Yo and Lupe try to coax Man-Arctica out of this madness with the gift of a sweater. This backfires when the wool of the sweater aggravates an allergy and causes Man-Arctica to sneeze, freezing Yo and Lupe.
When only Fanboy, Chum Chum, and Kyle are left, Kyle flies off on his wizard broomstick, and Fanboy and Chum Chum take refuge in Oz's shop. Oz holds off Man-Arctica by asking for a multitude of autographs. Once Oz gets frozen, Fanboy and Chum Chum find quite a few more people encased in ice outside. Right after Fanboy claims Kyle must be safe, Man-Arctica shows up with him in ice as well. Fanboy and Chum Chum retreat into the Frosty Mart, where Boog falls victim too.
Once the boys are cornered, though, Man-Arctica finds that he can't freeze anyone else. He has run out of "frozoxenol 9" which is found in blue and pink slushies. Fanboy and Chum Chum hide the Frosty Freezy Freeze from him, so then Man-Arctica leaves to put out a fire (his original reason for coming to Earth)...or by now, to make an appearance at the embers.
Fanboy and Chum Chum celebrate with a Frosty Freezy Freeze, but they freeze themselves once they exhale, so they move toward the hot dog warmer.

- Continuity Nod: Kyle is still not accustomed to FB and CC's ways of playing games, as he thinks they're offering actual gum when it's how they decide who is it in their freeze tag game.

- No Ending: The episode ends with the duo frozen from their Frosty Freezy Freeze, and attempt to inch over to the hot dog warmer to get warmed up. Everyone is thawed by the next episode.

- Retcon: Kyle says he can't chew gum since he has braces; however in the previous episode he asks for a pack of gum, and in a teaser short, he chews it.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: When Fanboy suggests he, Kyle and Chum Chum hide at Oz's, Kyle refuses and decides to escape on a broomstick, leaving the two boys to survive on their own.
- Shout-Out: To the actual game of the same name, though the title literally refers to it.
- Truth in Television: Children with braces cannot chew gum, as it could get stuck in them.
- What Happened to the Mouse?: We don't get to see what happens to everyone else after getting frozen.
