Carol and Tag struggle with writing their own wedding vows. Susan treats a suicidal patient and reaches a breaking point with Chloe.

- Continuity Nod: Susan is shown an ad for a dating service that indicates that Dr. Cvetic found love after he suddenly quit his job at the hospital and went missing.
- The Reveal: That Carter is Secretly Wealthy — a reveal set up all the way back in the pilot episode when the doctors noticed that he was wearing a tailored lab coat, and hinted at several times afterwards.
