The Halidom is expecting a visit from Shingen, the Tiger Clan leader. However, the Mukuroshu vows to merge the realms of the dead and the living with the help of Tsukuyomi.
This event contains examples of:
- The Cameo: Episode 7 features cut-ins featuring all of the Wyrmclan leaders, including those the Alberians have not met.
- History Repeats: Defied. The Prince wants to ensure the Wyrmclan leader paying a visit is the real deal, to make sure what happened last time doesn't happen again.
- Late-Arrival Spoiler: During the assault in Episode 7, Euden and Notte attack the Mukuroshu guards standing between them and Tsukuyomi; this involves Notte sizeshifting up, something she could not do before Chapter 18 of the main story.
- Taking You with Me: Tsukuyomi was spared at the end of the War of Earth and Heaven by Amaterasu's mercy, which led to all the suffering wrought by the Mukuroshu and Yomi chi. Amaterasu chooses to rectify this mistake by collapsing Takamagahara — which is the entirety of her remaining existence — and teleporting out everyone else... except Tsukuyomi.
- The Mole: Fudo Myo-o's barrier is meant to be impenetrable from the outside, so when it is eventually shattered, there were suspicions of an Inside Job. It turns out to be Izumo's counterpart, Oki, who serves Tsukuyomi.
- Trust Password: A non-verbal variant. To prove he's the real deal, Shingen had to temporarily transform into Fudo Myo-o, and he does so.
