- Beach Episode: The heroes are taking a vacation at the beach with everybody in swimsuits. Shares this with its sequel.
- Buffy Speak: Notte gets into this when Erasmus says that there was a button for moving the boulder to his cave instead of the entire team physically moving the huge boulder.Notte: "THERE WAS A MAGIC MOVER SWITCH THIS WHOLE TIME?!"
- Fireball Eyeballs: Lampshaded when Notte thinks Celliera is getting into this during one of her Hot-Blooded speeches.Notte: "Guys, I think her eyes are literally turning into little flames here."
- Locked Out of the Loop: This is the first time Estelle has heard of the Otherworld fragments while by this point, the rest of the party has had plenty of experience with them.
- Treasure Hunt Episode: This event also serves as one of these. The motivation for going to the beach was because of Luca finding a treasure map, and he wanted to go look for whatever the treasure is.
- Worthless Treasure Twist: The treasure map that the group were using to find the treasure were really just maps of Lewis Island Simon drew because he was horrible with directions, though it did also lead to a mana enhancing treasure that was stolen by Barbary.
