Dora and Boots have been invited to her cousin Daisy's special fifteenth birthday party — her fiesta de quinceanera — and Dora is tasked with bringing her ceremonial crown and shoes. Join Dora and Boots as they take the present and protect it from Swiper, all while learning the mambo dance and hurrying to the fiesta so they can deliver the present right on time!
