After Rai recovers his memory of his escape, the Green Paladin urges the rest of the team to trust his rescuer.
- Adaptation Expansion: Another original weapon for Voltron is introduced - a Radiant Wave Surger claw, created by Kallen Bayard, appropriately enough.
- Cutting the Knot: How does the group verify if Ulaz is telling the truth? Have Lelouch Geass him before they ask questions. It's rather telling that Allura still doubts Ulaz's answers even after C.C. points out that Ulaz can't lie under the effects of Lelouch's Geass.
- Fantastic Racism: Allura and Kallen are both skeptical that there could be any good Galra in the universe. Kallen grows out of it by the end of the chapter, but Allura remains unconvinced.
- Made of Iron: While all Robeasts are this, Prorok's Robeast form gets its durability emphasized here, as it gets fried with Voltron's Radiant Wave Surger, yet aside from a massive amount of external damage, it is still functional and able to give the Paladins a hard time.
- Wham Line: At the end of the chapter, Lelouch reveals that the Paladins are heading home.Lelouch: Plot a course for Earth.
