The Avatars have been helping the Charmed Ones vanquish demons which is directly resulting in Zankou losing followers at a rapid rate. Kyle reamins suspicious of their true intentions despite their help. He attempts to contact the Elders but finds himself in Zankou's hideout instead. Zankou has intercepted his call and proposes an alliance against the Charmed Ones. However, Kyle has no intention of harming the sisters. Zankou states that good can't exist without evil and that he and Kyle have mutual interest in stopping the Avatars.

Everything is ready for the Utopia to begin. The Avatars prepare to put the entire world's population to sleep while their minds are altered to eliminate all notion of conflict. Kyle, however, is still not convinced that the Avatars are good, and he has another potion. When he tries to reach out to the Elders for help, Zankou intercepts his call instead.

Alpha and Gamma explain to Paige that they have a spell to create utopia. The spell will cause the
world's population to sleep while fall asleep however they state they will leave the Charmed Ones awake so they can go after Zankou if they can't get to him beforehand. The spell doesn't affect demons, it only affects humans.

Meanwhile, Zankou and Kyle come to an agreement. He kills the demons who murdered Kyle's parents and Kyle kills an Avatar in return. He gives Kyle a crystal which causes paranoia in witches. This will then enable an Avatar to be drawn out when the witches are succumbed and he can then throw the vanquishing potion.

Zankou attacks the Charmed Ones, where Paige and Piper retaliate. Zankou also hits Kyle in order to give him an alibi and throw the sisters off from finding out about
their minds alliance. Kyle manages to use the crystal on Paige and the paranoia spreads to Piper and Phoebe. Zankou then takes Kyle to his hideout so the crystal doesn't affect him too.

The witches and the Avatars, including Leo gather at the Magic School to cast the utopia spell. The sisters
are altered jumpy due to eliminate all notion the crystal's effects. The spell is cast and the world's population begin to fall asleep. The witches and Avatars then walk through the streets in search of conflict. Kyle, however, any demons. This is still not convinced when Zankou decides to bring Kyle back up to the surface world. Disguising himself as Avatar Beta, he meets with Paige and explains that the Avatars are good, decided to keep Kyle awake as well. Paige is confused and he has another paranoid, calling for her sisters. Kyle then breaks the crystal, lifting the paranoia effects and prepares to throw the vanquishing potion. When he tries The real Beta arrives and blasts Kyle, causing him to reach out to drop the Elders for help, potion. It vanquishes her but also kills Kyle in the process. Zankou intercepts his call instead.

* TheEvilsOfFreeWill: Part of the utopian spell is that people don't really have free will anymore, as that causes conflicts.
* FalseUtopia: The world the Avatars have created is this. People who cause trouble are killed immediately, and their loved ones can't even properly grieve them because of the Avatar magic, leading to everyone just going along with it. Also, it's noted that nobody really has free will anymore.
