The Charmed Ones get trapped in the Command Center; Harry and Abigael meet a young witch.

- History Repeats: The former Charmed One tells the current ones that every previous set of Charmed Ones lost the Power of Three after the death of one of them and the subsequent breaking of the sisterhood. The current Charmed Ones resolve to break this cycle.
- Keeping Secrets Sucks: The Command Center doesn't like the Charmed Ones keeping secrets from each other. Macy is forced to admit that Parker is still alive, and Mel tells Maggie that Ray knew she wasn't really his child.
- Mathematician's Answer: Macy asks the Guardian if it knows how to lift the lockdown on the Command Center. It just says yes, but it won't be telling them how since they don't have access.
- "No More Holding Back" Speech: The Command Center forces the sisters to acknowledge personal truths about themselves that were holding them back.
- Precursor Heroes: The sisters aren't the first Charmed Ones. There have been many before them. They eventually meet the spirit of a previous Charmed One.
- Sex for Services: Abigael makes Harry promise her a night with him in exchange for her help finding the Darklighter. They don't find him, so she doesn't hold Harry to it.
- Time Stands Still: The little witch Harry and Abigael find has this power, but apparently it only affects humans.
