Kevin is infected with a video virus from a weird rock. While this is just a common sickness in Videoland, Kevin's never developed the immunity, forcing the N Team to shrink themselves and fight for Kevin's life from inside his body.
Tropes:
- Chekhov's Gun: When the rock lights up and infects Kevin with the virus, he says it surprised him so much he swallowed his gum. Later the shrunken N Team enters Kevin's stomach and lands in the gum wad, then uses it to blow a bubble and float to safety before they're digested.
- Continuity Nod: King Melfis reappears. Ian James Corlett still voices him, but for some reason he isn't bothering with the Elvis Impersonator accent anymore. Probably because the bit barely lasts thirty seconds.
- Darker and Edgier: The episode is surprisingly scary for this series, especially with the manifestation of Kevin's life energy inside his body getting gradually more and more paralyzed, making things more and more tense.
- A Day in the Limelight: With Captain N out sick, the hero duties fall entirely to his friends for the episode.
- "Fantastic Voyage" Plot: The rest of the N Team shrink themselves to microscopic size to enter Kevin's body and fight the germ killing him.
- Race Against the Clock: Besides Kevin getting closer and closer to succumbing to his sickness, the N Team only has a little while to defeat it before they grow back to normal size while still inside Kevin.
