When Emma, Zuri, and Ravi get new jobs, they learn their mom plans to sell the camp. Concerned that Lou will be devastated, they decide to tell her on an air balloon ride.
This episode provides examples of:
- Book Ends: The season begins with the Rosses purchasing the camp and ends with them selling it to Lou.
- Five Stages of Grief: Ravi mentions these word per word as Lou begins to get saddened over the Rosses not coming back next summer and having to sell the camp, though he messes up the last three (fear, bargaining and acceptance, when it should be bargaining, depression and acceptance).
- Series Fauxnale: The show was originally set to end after this episode, but, however on November 15, 2018, the show was renewed for a fourth season which premiered on June 20, 2019.
