A doctor is accused of murdering a heroin dealer and, in spite of claiming to have never met the victim, his DNA was found on the victim's nails.
Tropes:
- Always Identical Twins: Dr. Harper has a twin brother he never knew of before being arrested and that explains why DNA testing and the victim's son pointed him as the culprit.
- The Dead Guy Did It: The real killer died while Dr. Harper was being tried.
- Foreshadowing: Dr. Harper's parents' refusal to tell him anything about his origins foreshadows the reveal that he was adopted.
- Long-Lost Relative: The evidence pointed against Dr. Harper because the real killer is his twin brother, whose existence he was oblivious to before TAC investigated his case.
- Rule of Three: After being released, Dr. Harper is told that his twin died three days before.
- Separated at Birth: Before being arrested for his twin brother's crime, Dr. Harper didn't even know he has a brother.
