While Scoop takes a break from a job, Spud talks him into having some fun, like playing pranks. They have fun playing jokes of Travis and Muck, but Scoop refrains from doing the same to Lofty, whom Spud accidentally puts in danger: he scares Lofty enough to make him fall on his side. After all is taken care of, Bob decides to give Spud a dose of his own medicine.
