Bob and the team are supposed to fix a road, but poor Bob has a bad cold and can't work today. Wendy takes over and helps the team. But while Dizzy is playing football, she jumps into wet cement and gets stuck. Now Wendy and the team have to solve this problem without Bob knowing.
