Nightwing reminds Barbara that she needs to take a break now and then, and that the entire team exists (along with the Gotham Police Department) so no one has to fight all of Gotham's crime alone. Feeling better, she agrees to get some rest. Nightwing waves goodbye, calling her Batgirl as he leaves.

- Call-Back: Dick tells Barbara that he was recently told it's okay to take breaks from being responsible for everything, which presumably refers to Jason's talk about boundaries in "Big Brother".
- Exhaustion-Induced Idiocy: Oracle, who's been logged on for two days and is awake only thanks to coffee and energy drinks, makes a mistake telling Red Robin directions.
- Meaningful Echo: The first part of the episode shows Barbara being dogged by alerts as she tries to go about her day and responding to every one, despite her exhaustion. As Nightwing leaves for a moment to make her a cup of tea, another alert buzzes in. Barbara looks as though she will jump on it...but forces herself to take a break.
- Mythology Gag: Nightwing calls Barbara "Batgirl", and she calls him "Boy Wonder" as he leaves.
- Overworked Sleep: After running herself ragged for two days, Barbara ends the story preparing to "crash."
