- Delayed Reaction: After coming to life offscreen, Barney kindly offers to help Kim with the streamers, which she gratefully accepts. Only while putting up the streamer does she realize what just happened, and she turns to find Barney by her side.
- Oh, Crap!: Scooter Mcnutty and Miss Etta Kette when Baby Bop accidentally breaks Chip's "Twinkle Tower" and when she breaks it, Scooter and Miss Etta duck to hide from Chip yelling at Baby Bop.
- School Festival: The plot revolves around the kids preparing for the "Kids Carnival" at school.
- Unwanted Assistance: Subverted. Baby Bop is told not to touch Chip's "Twinkle Tower" project, but is asked to help him construct a star for the top. In an attempt to try and attach the star, she ends up knocking it over when Chip distracts her. After some consoling from Barney, he and the gang help reconstruct it.
