Chapter 6
The Tapus return to the Ruins of Conflict, Koko flabbergasted by Pikachu's growth, Bulu shocked by how he couldn't intimidate Ash's strongest Pokémon, Fini impressed by the variety and strength of Ash's many Pokémon, and Lele only now learning of what Zekrom did to Pikachu. With Ash being the Chosen One, Koko resolves that the Tapus should observe what happens and ensure that the Legendaries don't cause too much damage.
Ash's Pokémon talk about recent matters, Butterfree saying he's fine being back since his family came with him, Pikachu boasting that he could defeat Charizard, Lycanroc utterly incredulous how everyone around him was brushing off the three Legendary encounters they'd had that day (and Pikachu, Charizard, Gible, and Infernape "consoling" him), and Pikachu teasing Bayleef over her jealousy of Latias.
Ash tells his friends about Pikachu being possessed by Groudon and tries to help Lillie with her fear of touching Pokémon with Latias's help. They're suddenly interrupted by the arrival of three Mews: one from the events with Mewtwo before the Indigo Plateau Conference where Ash's memory was wiped due to potential trauma, one from the Tree of Beginning in Rota, and one that lives near Pallet Town that Ash had never met but is a big fan of him. As Ash asks why they're there, they teleport out and return with many bags containing valuable items: scarfs, bands, Type-enhancing items, and even TMs.
Then they give six Mega Stones to his Pokémon: Sceptilite, Charizardite X, Pidgeotite, Heracronite, Glalitite, and Garchompite. Seeing that Gible isn't able to use the stone, one Mew uses her powers to cause him to evolve twice into Garchomp. Not to be upstaged, the other two Mews cause Boldore, Palpitoad, Bayleef, and Snivy to evolve as well, all to Ash's shock. The Mews finish by giving Ash a Mega Bracelet and Latiasite, and while two of them fly off, the one who's a fan of Ash is content to rest on his head.
Elsewhere, Faba reports to Lusamine about the attempted Ultra Beast Incursion, and she plans to respond to the next occurrence.
