Doris goes into labor over the Christmas holidays, and with her own family (as well as Angela) out of town Katie is forced to be there for her, suspending all of the Otto family's Christmas traditions. Meanwhile Taylor wonders if she made a mistake breaking up with Eyo, and Oliver tries to work up the nerve to ask out a girl in his ballet class.
The first onscreen appearance of Oliver's second love interest, Gina Tuscadero.
