Steve and Debbie get back together, and decide to stand up to the popular girls by running for Student President.

- A Day in the Limelight: This episode focuses entirely on Steve.
- Bolivian Army Ending: Trapped on a school bus, Steve and his friends decide to go out in a blaze of glory that might allow them to take some of the other kids with them. They jump out and the screen freezes, but we hear the sounds of them getting mercilessly beaten up.Steve: We're not taking any of them with us!
- Frame-Up: The slam page that trashed Debbie was made up by Steve's friends, but credited to Lisa Silver, causing Steve to go after her and her friends.
- Hope Spot: Debbie holds off the mob long enough for Steve and his friends to get out of the school within sight of Francine's car. Unfortunately, they spend too long congratulating each other on escaping that they're then cut off by the rest of the mob.
- Mandatory Line: The rest of the family only appears once, after Steve completes his revenge. Stan lampshades how nice it is for them to be acknowledged this week.
- Papa Wolf: Principal Lewis admits that he is ashamed of his daughter Janet for "more reasons than you can imagine," but she's still his little girl and so orders the school to attack Steve and his friends.
- Pay Evil unto Evil: Steve attacks Lisa Silver and her friends with punishments based on insults they gave to Debbie. This includes having a buffalo take a dump on one for calling Debbie a buffalo, reverse-liposuction another for calling her fat, and giving Lisa STDs for calling her a slut.
- The Prima Donna: Steve and his friends defeat the theater kids by saying that Evan, the lead actor, was too contrived in his performance of Conrad Birdie in Bye Bye Birdie.
- Shout-Out:
- The final act is based on The Warriors, with various high school archetypes standing in for the gangs.
- The boys reference Battlestar Galactica when they're cornered by the theater kids.
- "You wanna get nuts?! Come on! Let's get nuts!"
- Tempting Fate: Steve says that none of the school's cliques are affiliated with the jocks or the cheerleaders, so they should be easy to get through. Then Principal Lewis comes on the PA.Lewis: Hey there, big boys and girls. Four dangerous nerds are trying to escape school-sanctioned mob justice. Whoever catches them gets the $500 I keep sticking out of my pocket to make you kids think I'm rich.
- This Is Gonna Suck: When Steve convinces everyone to go out fighting as friends, Toshi is the only one to realize they're not getting out of this.
