Stan is assigned to take care of a doll to be used on a mission in Russia. However, he soon becomes obsessed with it and treats it like a real person. Meanwhile, Roger has Klaus do the taxes for his personas and someone is killing off the members of Steve's boy band Boyz 12.

- One of the subplots brings up Steve's boy band Boyz 12 from "Can I Be Frank (With You)."
- Bullock brings up that he has access to Stan's memories as shown in "I Ain't No Holodeck Boy", when he uses a water hose to fend him off from playing with the doll.
- Harassing Phone Call: Stan casually mentions that some psycho has been killing the members of Boyz 12 one by one. Steve then nonchalantly says he's been getting a lot of calls that were just heavy breathing on the other end, but thought it was Barry.
- Hilariously Abusive Childhood: Stan's mother prevented him from playing with dolls, at one point pinning him against a wall with a high power water hose.
- Kick the Dog: After Klaus does the taxes for his personas, Roger has an IRS auditor persona take the prized poster from his alcove.
- The Reveal: Abraham H. was the one killing the former members of Boyz 12.
- Sanity Slippage: Stan taking care of a doll dredges up repressed memories of when he desperately wanted to play with a doll but his mother refused him, leading to an obsession with it. He later buys a whole bunch of dolls and imagines they're real little girls he's gathering for a team to rescue the first one.
- Self-Disposing Villain:
- Stan throws one of the American Girl dolls at a Russian henchman thinking she's real. After the doll bounces off of him, the henchman trips over the doll and shoots himself.
- Abraham H. comes to Steve's room to kill him. However, Stan calling for Steve startles him, causing him to slip on a skateboard, fall out the window, land on a trampoline, and get impaled on the flagpole. He even uses his last ounce of strength to cross himself out on the picture of the Boyz 12 members that he was using to mark those he killed.
- Shout-Out: The dolls are a parody of the American Girls.
