Although they are let go of the car crash, Spencer, knowing that Olivia has been an alcoholic since the summer, urges her to come out to her parents. When she doesn't and he ends up having to snitch, she disappears to meet her sponsor. As her family are looking for Olivia, Spencer comes to a realization that, for the first time in his life, he will have to prioritize himself over others.
