It's Mother's Day, that mothers and their children are celebrating. All except for one sadly, which is Ayase herself who lost her mother. After lashing out at Shu and Heath, Ayase is giving space with Tsugumi taking care off.
Nightfall. Ayase and Tsugumi are in a forest. But suspense is building of as they slowly sees giant webs, alongside dead bodies of animals and corpses being eaten by something. Tsugumi's flashlight reveals the source as a giant spider named Yaoshikepu. Ayase horrifically recognizes the spider as her mother's killer, as Ayase and Tsugumi are in a run for it. However, the spider uses her webs in trapping her two victims.
Ayase recounts the flashback about her mother, of showing how her mother and her squad lost their lives to that same spider, alongide Ayase losing her legs before being saved by her caretaker.
Thankfully, Funeral Parlor arrives in saving Ayase and Tsugumi. And to make much better in a shocking surprise, Shu uses Ayase's Void that Ayase uses herself in taking her revenge by squashing the spider and avenging her mother. Ayase apologizes to Shu and Heath, in which Funeral Parlor are doing a campfire in telling some tales.

- Shout-Out: Ayase's finishing kick move is a reference to the Kamen Rider series of taking down their first enemies as spider-themed, which Ayase does to Yaoshikepu.
- Wham Episode: This is an original event chapter that changes the dynamic by showing Ayase's Void early, alongside the first essence of character study in a first person POV flashback.
