When the Squeaky Peepers' bed goes missing right before they are to sing their happy song for Judge Thorn, they become blue and depressed, but Abby and Bozzly have no idea why.
Tropes:
- Cannot Spit It Out: A lot of trouble could have been avoided if the Peepers simply told Abby and Bozzly that their bed is gone.
- Dramatic Irony: A rather big case of this. The audience already knows the Peepers are sad because their bed got mixed up with Chef Jeff's groceries, but Abby and Bozzly don't.
- Eye Scream: When Chef Jeff screws up in the kitchen, he gets eggs on his eyes.
- Right for the Wrong Reasons: When the Peepers become sad again, Abby is confused why they didn't like the song she and Bozzly sang. She's wrong as that's not what they're sad about, but she's right that they didn't like it because their constant repetitions of the word "home" made them think of their missing Peeper bed.
- Rule of Three: It took Abby and Bozzly three tries before they finally find out why the Peepers are sad.
- Visual Pun: The Peepers turn blue when they're sad. They're blue, figuratively and literally.
