'''To Be Continued...'''
Iota then opens a portal to a place where Lambda and Rho can spend their last days in peace. Rey and Lux help the two dying Nomads to the portal. As they approach, their godhood bleeds away until they are human once more. Shinji Ikari and Asuka Langley Soryu step through the portal, never to be seen by the Champions again.

The shadow of Dis Baba observes these events from a nearby wall. Iota and Unus both take note of the shade and watch it for any signs of hostile intent, but it simply shrugs and offers a round of applause before vanishing. Iota then takes his own leave, vowing to stop the multiversal war and prevent Digamma's return.

Outside the boundaries of the multiverse itself, the Outsider--the EldritchAbomination that was puppeteering Dis Baba--reflects on the events of the game. It is satisfied by the spectacular finale, but disappointed that the Nomads' games--its main source of entertainment--have been stopped for good. Still, it knows that a new game is in the works...

Elsewhere, Ravage comes to on the bridge of a transwarp cruiser with a few gaps in his memory. He incorrectly assumes that he escaped from the Nomads under his own power and killed a few of them before he left. Pleased, he goes off to find the ''Animated'' version of Megatron and start the campaign of {{multiversal conque|ror}}st they discussed, unaware that something has infected him...

The Outsider watches Ravage go with pleasure, ominously musing that "the Blight" will soon begin.

In an entirely different corner of the multiverse, the mysterious presence which helped the Champions against Omega is on trial. By intervening he has risked exposing his people's existence to the rest of the multiverse, and for this he is sentenced to death. The execution is carried out on the spot.

And in yet another part of the multiverse, [[SequelHook a heavily distorted voice declares that it still lives]]...

And they do. Narumi gives Raz his hat as a sign of respect, and when Raz guiltily refuses, he offers it to Mason instead. Sub-Zero praises Blink, Naoto, and Raz for the courage they've displayed and gifts each of them a Kori Sword. Blink and Naoto depart for the latter's world together, with Blink and Rey sharing one last tearful hug beforehand. The Doctor takes Eta and Chi with him, effectively adopting these young Nomads to give them a chance at a better life. Durant, Wong, and Spriggan all depart for their respective worlds, the former two believing it all to have been a dream. Bowser leaves without a word, though he does give Lambda and Rho a respectful nod on his way out. Link urges his companions to remember everything as he returns to Hyrule. Narumi briefly returns to his world to get some closure with his family and friends, then joins Mason in the latter's world. Craft, heavily damaged from the final battle, returns to his world and dies as he was originally meant to, his last thought being of the woman he loved.

Rey, Lux, and Saren collectively decide that they will not be going home. Rey has changed too much to fit back into normal society, Lux would rather take this opportunity to explore the multiverse and learn more about the rules of magic than return to a life of constant pointless battles, and Saren has no life to go back to other than being a pawn of ''Sovereign''. Lambda leaves the portals open for them at Lux's request and gives them some advice for their future multiversal travels. Unus makes a surprise appearance then, promising to keep the mansion safe from multiversal incursions.

Now that the danger has passed, Saren decides it's time to settle the score with Lambda. He approaches Lambda while the Nomad is desperately crawling over to his unconscious wife's side and holds him at gunpoint. He demands that the Nomad give him a reason to spare his life, ignoring or brushing off the other Champions' attempts to persuade him to let this go (though he does downgrade it to letting Lambda live if he acknowledges what a dick he's been). But Lambda is offended that someone like Saren is trying to take the moral high ground with him. He acknowledges that he's no saint but then [[Literature/MassEffectRevelation airs Saren's dirty laundry]], pointing out that the Spectre has done plenty of terrible things himself, and for far less valid reasons. Saren accepts this response and puts his gun away.

Saren sparing him soon proves to be a moot point. The sheer extent of Lambda and Rho's injuries makes it clear that the two Nomads aren't long for this world, and while several Champions try to treat their wounds, it's not enough. Nevertheless, they still have enough life and power left to do what's necessary. [[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=uob7p22fde8x8xjk3zrwotce&page=1026#comment-25646 Lambda restores the ballroom to its original pristine state and reopens the portals to everyone's home universes]]. The time has finally come for the Champions to say their goodbyes and go home.

Digamma warps into the cavern with several of his Dervishes. He mockingly congratulates the two lovebirds on the reunion and takes his leave, leaving his minions to kill everyone. This enrages Rho, who reveals she has the same destructive darkness powers as ECHIDNA. The battle is joined, with the Champions [[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=uob7p22fde8x8xjk3zrwotce&page=1013#comment-25312 receiving some unexpected aid]] from the Vortigaunts they saved all the way back in the Half-Life challenge. In the chaos, the Black Stig is shot and killed.

Upstairs in the ballroom, Digamma confronts Dis Baba after the latter consumes one of his Militantiaries. Dis Baba remains snide and smug in the face of the increasingly irritated Nomad. Zeta confronts Digamma as well. The two Nomads begin to duke it out while Dis Baba watches them go at it, offering only passive resistance and mockery to any attacks sent his way. Digamma gets sick of Dis Baba's constant lip and eats him alive, but the Kin [[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=uob7p22fde8x8xjk3zrwotce&page=1015#comment-25375 proves surprisingly indigestible]]. Thus begins the final battle, which quickly devolves into a dick-waving contest between Lambda and Digamma. The apparition proves a deadly foe, shrugging off almost everything the Champions and Nomads can throw at her. She retaliates with powerful elemental spells and feats of extreme strength. The Nomad and the monster share tender words before ECHIDNA, [[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=uob7p22fde8x8xjk3zrwotce&page=1012#comment-25291 in a rather disgusting scene]], gives birth to Rho. Sometime later, the Champion-Nomad group arrives in the heart of ECHIDNA's realm and discovers the core of her being: a hideous, crucified giantess partially submerged within a lake of acidic blood. Within her abdomen is the unconscious form of her true self, the Nomad Rho, and before her lies the Prime Lock that will release her when the Key is inserted into it. But before the group can do just that, [[[[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=uob7p22fde8x8xjk3zrwotce&page=1006#comment-25134 an apparition of Rho's former mortal self, Asuka Langley Soryu, appears before them]].

This mocking spectre, which Lambda identifies as a malicious aspect of his wife's personality, reveals how Omega turned Rho into ECHIDNA to have her serve as a docile monster making machine, which backfired horribly. She also reveals that she will cease to exist if the Champions free Rho from her prison. She won't allow this, even if it means damning all of her to die when the singularity destroys the planet. The apparition surrounds the Prime Lock with a barrier and transforms herself into a monster, beginning the penultimate boss fight.

The pain of his injuries and the humiliation of having his plans ruined have pushed him to the brink of madness. As the Champions start gaining the upper hand, Omega threatens them all with a DeadMansSwitch, only to panic as he becomes aware of an invisible presence. The presence begins to negate Omega's attacks, and while he is distracted, Rey thrusts Mal-Keshar's phylactery-sword at him. The resulting blast of necromantic energy banishes Mal-Keshar's spirit back to his own world and fatally wounds Omega. The Nomad [[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=uob7p22fde8x8xjk3zrwotce&page=988#comment-24678 triggers his dead man's switch]], and the planet begins collapsing into a singularity. Everyone is surely doomed, but the presence steps in and portals everyone away. Omega howls as he, and he alone, is dragged down into the event horizon to suffer an endless living death.

In the Nomads' amphitheater, the presence posts an indestructible sign telling the Nomads to knock their games off if they know what's good for them.
