He's not registered with the housing commission, Medicare or any private health fund. No super fund has any record of him. He's got no outstanding fines, no traffic infringements, but then the Motor Registry has no record of him renewing his licence since he got it at 17. He's never applied for a loan or a lease, he's never donated blood, he's never applied for a business name or an ABN, he's not on the electoral roll, got no tax file number, no credit history. I've never seen anything like it.
Jubelin: And, so, what's your opinion on him?
