No one is moving or suspected of moving.
Lampshaded: Bob is upset that Alice is moving away. Cut to Joseph, who comments "Oh, give me a break. Any second now she'll reveal she's only moving across the street."
Defied: "He's only moving next door? Shoot! And I thought I was rid of him for good!"
Conversed: "So did you hear about Bob? He thought Alice was moving away, but she only moved next door! Isn't that hilarious?"
