Zig Zagged: After retrieving the MacGuffin from a thorny cliff unharmed, Johannes is approached by Annalise, who starts beating him up for being so reckless. This causes Annalise to start beating him up again until he accepts her "kindness", which he eventually does.
Averted: No one suffers injuries.
Enforced: "Let's see...what's a good way to provide some UST between the main romantic leads? Wait, I know! Let's have one get injured in a fight and have the other heal them!"

Exploited: Johannes really did let himself be injured so that Annalise would fuss over him.
