Pantheon / GUAG Solution Sleuths

Go To

One of the more quirkier sub-factions of the GUAG, its members focus on serving the greater good through means of intelligence, enlightenment, and resolving mysteries and anomalies with the Pantheon. The end goal of their work is to obtain more knowledge for the Alliance, but there are many methods for which members may work at this objective. Some are purposed with investigating the inner activities of other Alliances and Uprisings to prevent any schemes that would threaten the major ceasefire between the Alliances or the Pantheon itself. Or if they're not looking into suspicious activity and dirty business from specific individuals who hide their nefarious actions behind a facade, they may be studying the mysteries and phenomenon within the Pantheon. Of all the groups within the Alliance, this group believes the most in using the knowledge obtained from experiences in the Pantheon for benevolent purposes.

Sherlock Holmes, God of Deductive Reasoning (The Consulting Detective, Sigerson, Captain Basil, Escott, Altamont, Sherringford Vernet, Herlock Sholmes, Holmlock Shears, Ruler, The Great Detective of Baker Street]], Herr Lock Sholmes)

  • Demigod, Intermediate God as a Servant

  • Symbols: A deerstalker hat, a magnifying glass and a pipe
  • Alignment: Neutral Good

  • When making a group of mystery-solvers, Cosmos naturally wanted to recruit the most famous detective in all of fiction. Sherlock doesn't mind being on a long-term consulting contract with the GUAG, so long as he gets to investigate the mysteries he's personally interested in and gets to bring along Dr. Watson, his best friend.

  • Cooperation Ability: While Sherlock has shown that he's perfectly capable of leadership as shown at his time in Chaldea, he doesn't seem to be up for it in the GUAG. He's receptive but slightly aloof toward his allies in the solution sleuths, and can sometimes clash with other detectives like Hercule Poirot over methods of investigation. However, while his is prone to odd actions and lone-wolf behavior, he never lets down on a promise, and does not give up on someone in need.

  • Role: Holmes (often with Watson) mainly serves as a primary investigator, taking the most perplexing cases available as long as they interest him. With his variety of skills ranging from martial arts, chemistry, and disguise, to of course his famous deductive abilities, he has proven again and again that he can crack even the most inscrutable cases. Because of his reputation as a mental "armchair detective", other detectives often come to him to discuss their own roadblocks in cases, and he tries to help them as best he can. This is not to mention the increased abilities of his servant form including whatever gods he possesses as a high servant.
