Keep in mind that this is is just a mild and nicer image.
Since this is one of the most classic swedish crime-thriller series, it obviously has it's serious thrills.
Henriksson series
- In Mastermind, the situation of Lothar's victims. He kidnapped Wallander and Martinsson's daughters to keep them imprisoned until he can kill them both by hanging them, in front of Wallander and Martinsson. He also decapitaded the head of a previous victim.
- The entire character of Roffe from The Secret. He is a sadistic pedophile who molested and killed several children, and is revealed to even have molested Stefan when he was a kid and he had no other choice but to go along with it. His "The Reason You Suck" Speech is what ultimately leads to Stefan's suicide.
- The acts of Lindström in The Revenge, as he killed a retired nurse in the middle of the night by shooting her multiple times; doing the same thing to another nurse in a hospital; and holding a politician hostage while threatening to blow up the entire town.
- The entire character of Viktor Nilsson. He is a Serial Rapist and Serial Killer targeting young girls, he even manages to trap Linda and puts a plastic bag on her head, almost choking her to death, while preparing to cut the throat of a teenaged girl.
