There's a reason why this short is considered one of the darkest of all Porky Pig cartoons, if not of the whole Looney Tunes universe thanks to the monstruos (in all senses) Goodwill being a genuine scary villain despite being a One-Shot Character.

we find a rare concept art of Lawyer Goodwill as a monster which is even uglier and hideous than he appears in the cartoon. Compared to that we can say that Goodwill in the final result is an Adaptational Attractiveness. - Porky running from Goodwill upstairs, reaching the top...and then ending right into the evil lawyer's arms.
