    Season 1
  • In an effort to make Yumyulack stop shrinking people, Jesse mind-controls a number of Jerkasses he knows into being nice to him and confessing their own Freudian Excuse. Granted, they are jerks, but mind control seems a bit much.
    • This actually works. A bit too well. Yumyulack ends up escalating things and takes her to a Neo-Nazi bar to see what their excuse for being jerks is. The problem with this is that Jesse didn't put any mind-control chips on them. Yumyulack's effort at bonding results in the whole bar trying to kill the two.
    • Which leads to Yumyulack's suit activating on autopilot, generating spikes to rip the Neo-Nazis apart and turning the whole bar into a gory bloodbath.
  • In an errand of good deeds, Korvo makes robotic legs for a paraplegic man out of his wheelchair. Sounds nice enough. Until the legs start making him run all over the place, resulting in the man getting run over by an oil truck. The creepy part is where the legs get up and run with the corpse still attached.
    • The fact that the robot legs replaced his regular ones. It's not particularly gory, but it's noticeable.
  • The Duke having Pedro decapitated for causing a riot at the marketplace.

    Season 2

The Sacred Non-Repeating Number

  • It’s revealed that Shlorp, in addition to its totalitarian rule, had a secret higher up: a rich non-working class of rulers pulling all the strings of the planet. They knew about the asteroid set to destroy their Homeworld A MONTH IN ADVANCE and escaped not telling anyone about it until it was too late. We have no idea how many more shlorpians of this class are out there in the universe... this is however offset by the fact that none of them seem to know how to take care of, or even possess the terraforming Pupa.

The Earth Eraser

  • In a park in The Wall, a woman is walking a ladybug when she decides to take off the leash. When her beetle goes to a mushroom, she finds a body with its chest cavity destroyed and its organs everywhere. She screams in horror.
  • Later in the episode, Halk has nightmares about the final battle of the war, when one of the archers fired a flaming arrow at a box full of Nerds. The resulting landslide traps several Wall-dwellers, and, as Halk tries to get the survivors out, the second wave of Nerds slides out and buries several of the dead.
  • Napadoodles. Horrific fusions of mutant terror dog and wine rack. That hunt anyone at or going to a dinner party. Swallow them whole (usually. They also fight over one guy tear him apart) juicing them up and crapping out a wine bottle full of compressed human insides. Though they can be brought back by shoving the bottle back up where they came.
  • At the end , the Wall Greeter goes off to visit where the new guy Declan is working only to find that he hasn't checked into work. The scene cuts to Declan's house where there are signs of a struggle and a blood trail leading upstairs. In the end, we are treated to a shot of Declan pinned to the walls with his organs everywhere. (Pictured above)

The Emergency Urbanizer.

  • In The Wall, Halk enters lucky cookie storage while following a clue. He then hides when a person comes out. He then chases the person but not before briefly looking at what's inside the bag recoiling in horror at what he's seen. We then see a body hacked into pieces and the entire chase Halk keeps having flashes back to the final battle about how he failed to save so many people.

The Apple Pro Pencil.

  • You know that guy that Halk arrested? Apparently, that same guy caused the flooding of the Nerds and was rescued by Halk.
  • After Halk confronts Tim, Tim orders Enrique and another Wallderman to take the murderer into a holding chamber but as Enrique and the minister struggle to hold the guy Tim blocks the entrance and floods the chamber with Magic Shell chocolate sauce which kills the three of them.

The Unlikely Demise of Terry's Favorite Shot Glass

  • The climax of Cherie's treacherous journey has her give birth inside a Pez dispenser that Jesse is using. While it sounds silly, it's surprisingly tense, and the show averts Clean, Pretty Childbirth by showing all the nasty blood and other liquids she expels in the process.

    Season 3

Edamame Duffle Bag

  • We finally see Tim again, and he's deathly ill and delirious, mistaking the frozen bodies of his Walldermen for ghosts, as well as the returned Cherie. Turns out, he's been drinking exclusively from an old recalled Burger King lead glass. It's essentially the Realism-Induced Horror of lead poisoning and subsequent brain damage from innocuous vintage products, exaggerated as Tim is so small, it's exponentially more toxic for him.

99 Ships

  • We finally get to see what happens when a Pupa reaches its final stage. It becomes a monolithic blob that consumes anything and everything on the designated planet, up to and including the surviving Shlorpians. The being consumes and reforms the entire planet into an exact replica of Shlorp.
    • What makes things worse is that what Aisha shows is not one of the current 100 teams that escaped the asteroid, but the Shlorp that exploded in PRESENT DAY! And that it was only one of many potential copies of the original Homeworld. This reveals that Shlorpians are a Planetary Parasite species that survives by aggressively terraforming planets across the universe. When one is destroyed or becomes uninhabitable, 100 ships are sent out to restart the process.
  • The many CruelAndUnusualDeaths the various teams suffer throughout the episode.

Terry and Korvo Get In a Big Screaming Fight in the Taco Bell Parking Lot

  • The Wall subplot ends this season with one of the nurses taking Pezlie from Cherie and revealing her to the rest of the Wall and claiming she is “the Wall’s daughter,” all while Cherie is dragged away yelling in futility. Then the nurse brands Pezlie’s forehead, causing her to let out a horrifying, pained wail.

    Season 4

The Earth Rake

  • The true revelation of what the Wall has become after Sister Sisto took over. It’s now an oppressive Theocracy, and have even taken over the side of the Wall where new people enter, which means if they don’t immediately bow down to Jesse, they’re met with murder. It’s downplayed a bit due to Daft Trunk being Asshole Victims who were racist bullies, so you don’t feel nearly as bad, but one can only imagine the fate of anyone more innocent and confused.

The Re-Visibility Bouillabaisse

  • Sister Sisto sends her soldiers over to the other side of the Wall, only for them all to die in a gory mass due to the ground being covered in razors, something which Sisto knew in advance. Sisto then callously directs the other soldiers to use the fallen soldiers' bodies as stepping stones, gushing blood all the way. When one of the soldiers shows signs of life, Sisto slits his throat.
    Nova: You could've helped him.
    Sisto: I did.
