* In "Play It Again Brian", Brian lets his imagination run wild and he attempts to rape Lois when they're watching a movie together despite her protests of "No!". Him giving her another alcoholic beverage to drink before he tries to take advantage of her doesn't help either. Later, Stewie calls Brian telling him he's playing a board game with Mr. Herbert and he asks Brian if NyQuil is a nighttime beverage. Think about it, a pedophile giving children he's trusted with cold medicine so he could take advantage of them.

* Lois' RageBreakingPoint in the Christmas special. The holidays have really gotten to her, and it's the revelation that they're out of paper towels that causes her to snap like we've never seen her snap before.

* Brian looking anorexic after he becomes obsessed with jogging in "The Book of Joe," especially the scene with all of his nipples showing. Brian also breaks his leg while jogging, complete with the bone going through his leg.

*** During the same scene of Brian's accident, Peter kills a child, and doesn't care.

* "German Guy" is an understated one, in [[RealismInducedHorror how much it leans more towards the horror of finding out someone who you are friends with is an unrepentant monster.]] Chris befriends the elderly Franz Gutentag, who seems like a decent fellow. But then he takes the wrong turn while in the man's house, and finds out that he's a former Nazi prison guard with ''plenty'' of Nazi memorabilia. The fact that this is not an impossibility due to people who harbor sympathy to Nazi or fascistic ideals only adds to the horror.

*** In another attempt, Peter and the guys film a bit with him shitting in a jacuzzi, only for him to SHIT BLOOD! The entire pool turns blood red from a single fart. What's worse is Peter says this is normal for him, and implies that his urine is brown…

* The entire B-plot of "Brian’s a Bad Father" really goes out of its way to show Peter and Joe's disturbing LackOfEmpathy when Peter ''deliberately'' shoots Quagmire in the arm and REFUSES to take any real blame for it.

** The climax of the plot has Peter jokingly offer to be shot by Quagmire to make them even, of which Glenn is actually very eager to do regardless of Peter’s intent. This ends with Quagmire shooting Peter point-blank in the skull, blowing out a large chunk of his head and brains! His eyeball barely hanging on by its veins!

[[AC: Snap(ple) Decision]]
* During their vacation, Lois and Meg are tricked by a father and son duo of kidnappers and very nearly end up being sold into slavery. All because Lois bragged about her Snapple winnings, and the kidnappers mistook her for the actual heiress to the Snapple fortune.

* In "Once Bitten", the fear of dogs may be triggered when watching Brian bite Peter's arm, similar to what happened in "Brian Sings and Swings". Unlike that instance, however, this one's treated more ''grimly'' in graphic details and closeup. Added that it happens twice in this episode, and Brian initially isn't even remorseful the first time it happens. And when he bites, he does so not only out of anger but apparently of pure savage animalistic '''instincts'''.

** Not helped by the recorder the mongeese used with Lois's voice being left on long after they fled scene.

* "Yacht Rocky": During a cruise, Meg meets a boy who actually returns her affection, only for him to get horrifically decapitated by an oar when the ship capsises. That's not the worst part though, Meg refuses to accept this, and ''drags around both his head and his headless corpse'', introducing him as her new boyfriend. And this is like the third time Meg has pretended [[ILoveTheDead a corpse was her boyfriend!]]

** In the B-plot, Stewie, fed up of Chris and Brian insulting his treehouse, kidnaps them, ties them up, and force-feeds them the quiches they dissed earlier. When they continue to insult him even after he lets them go, he shoots them both, then himself after seeing Meg topless.

* In "Play It Again Brian", Brian let's his imagination run wild and he attempts to rape Lois when they're watching a movie together despite her protests of "No!".
