Dungeon Crawler Carl
- You're standing outside one minute, the next 99.999% of the world is dead and you're being invited to walk down a mysterious stairwell. Oh, look, now you have no choice but participate in a gameshow that will make it 99.99999%. Awesome.
- When Carl enters the dungeon there are just over 14 million crawlers. By the time he leaves the second floor, more people are dead than were murdered by Nazis in the Holocaust.

- The game loves its unwinnable scenarios. You successfully complete a quest that leaves you at the epicenter of a 45 mile nuke.

- Remember, it's a gameshow. They give half of you a quest that you have to accomplish or die. Then they give everyone the opposite quest, which will kill the first half.
The Butcher's Masquerade
- It's Played for Laughs, but Enthusiastic Double Gonorrhea is horrible. Your genitals are constantly on fire and the only way to stop it is to cut them off or give it to someone else. How are you going to pass it along when you're on fire? That's not a consensual scenario.
The Eye of the Bedlam Bride
- The final action sequence sees Shi Maria take control of Carl's body. She mutilates Katia and Mongo, rips out Li Na's eye and forces Carl to eat it, then tattoos her essence into his chest, all while Carl desperately begs her to stop.
