When Order 66 is executed, Camila is just a teenager who previously had a close relationship with the clones under her command, and in the blink of an eye, she and her Master are betrayed by these soldiers. On top of that, her master orders her to flee as far as he can while he distracts the clone armies trying to attacking her, leaving her with Survivor's Guilt for at least several months. The poor girl needs therapy.
For the people on Earth who know Camila's past, they are stunned by the existence of intelligent life beyond their planet, with technology capable of interstellar travel and that an entire galaxy was in the middle of a civil war that even teenagers and children find themselves in forced to participate to defend their homes.
To put it in perspective, if the Earth had to get involved in the intergalactic war that occurs in the galaxy where Camila is from, they have little chance of standing up to the technology that is centuries more advanced than what is on Earth.
To give an example, it would be how an army with weapons from the bronze age would try to face a nuclear bomb explosion.
