It is most noticeable in the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC, where her face is visible without being lit by multiple orange holographic displays. However, if you carried a relationship over from the first game and re-established that relationship after the mission, she's back to the same baby blue she had before - perhaps reflecting your influencing her back to her old, optimistic worldview.
