*** Elizabeth falls from the windowsill and is likely to land head first, although TraumaticSuperpowerAwakening causes her to land safely.

* ''Manga/The100GirlfriendsWhoReallyReallyReallyReallyReallyLoveYou'': A frequent RunningGag is for someone's soul to pop right out of their head, usually as a result of some form of CutenessOverload or other form of bliss. This often results in another character grabbing the soul and popping it back into its owner as a FunnyBackgroundEvent. In chapter 58, for example, the sight of Hahari dressed as a high-schooler sends her maid Mei's soul popping out, only for Nano to pop it back in. In chapter 106, the opposite happens as Hahari's ghost begins popping out in her bliss at being thanked by Kurumi for the all-you-can-eat yakiniku the family is having. Mei has to grab her soul and pop it back in before the fans in the room suck it away.

In chapter 58, for example, the sight of Hahari dressed as a high-schooler sends her soul popping out, only for Nano to pop it back in. In chapter 106, the opposite happens as Hahari's ghost begins popping out in her bliss at being thanked by Kurumi for the all-you-can-eat yakiniku the family is having. Mei has to grab her soul and pop it back in before the fans in the room suck it away.

Per TRS.

* ''Manga/{{Nichijou}}'' involves some characters sometimes giving up the ghost. One particular instance involves a ''[[ShowWithinAShow Helvetica Standard]]'' skit where a mouse is killed by extremely powerful projectile toast, prompting one last "chuu~" out of it. This being a WidgetSeries, ItMakesJustAsMuchSenseInContext.
