* ''WesternAnimation/{{Harley Quinn|2019}}'': Harley's a nutjob, but she gets a few snarky quips here and there. She saves the most of her snark for Batman and the Joker, implying that the former "fucks bats" and personally insulting the latter's manhood.

* ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic'': It is rare, but {{Cloudcuckoolander}} supreme Pinkie Pie ''can'' snark if the situation calls for it.

* Ryo from ''Manga/BocchiTheRock'' is often shown to have [[{{Cloudcuckoolander}} a rather odd thought process]] and very little common sense, but she has a snappy comment for almost everything and she delivers them in her typical stoic, deadpan way.

* Bridging the span between ComicBook/{{Deadpool}}'s addled MetaGuy and full FourthWallObserver depictions, the sheer levels of nonsequitur snark in his dialogue [[note]]whether internal, external, or held with the narration boxes and editor's notes[[/note]] makes it difficult to pin down the boundaries between whimsical eccentricity, meta-fueled InfallibleBabble, and moments of cuttingly cynical lucid insight.

* ''Series/TheWitcher2019'': Among his exuberance and somewhat ignorant outlook on life, surprisingly Jaskier is often capable of wits, implying he is more insightful than he lets on.

* Maia Fresia from ''Literature/NumeroZero'' has many quirks and childlike mannerisms, as well as a sarcastic wit.

* ''WebVideo/SMPLive'': Despite Cooper being a DeadpanSnarker and often playing the role of Travis's [[CloudcuckoolandersMinder minder]], he's prone to {{Cloudcuckoolander}} behavior himself, frequently engaging in WordSaladHumor, something Joko refers to as "word vomit". This can ''especially'' be seen [[AlcoholInducedStupidity when he's drunk]] in [[https://youtu.be/QZfpYr6qhnY?si=BRUd1eqAxxDIfVXu "Drinking and Killing CaptainSparklez"]], though it can be seen when he's sober as well.

* Bobble Hat from the [=CoroCoro=] ''Manga/{{Splatoon}}'' manga. While always happy to join in on [[IdiotHero Goggles]]' hijinks, and her joyful behavior (complete with [[PerpetualSmiler permanent grin]]) makes her comes across as oblivious, she's fully aware of [[GagSeries how absurd everything is]]. As such, she can occasionally be found in the background of scenes quietly snarking about people being idiots, even if she's [[NotSoAboveItAll about to contribute to the nonsense herself]].

* Sheldon Cooper from ''Series/TheBigBangTheory'', though SarcasmBlind, tends to make sarcastic (or InnocentlyInsensitive) quips at his friends and colleagues (and pretty much everyone). He's also a DitzyGenius with an AmbiguousDisorder.
