* SnakeOilSalesman: When you're looking for the Healer in the Moonstone Hills, you can meet an elderly man in a cabin. He claims to be the Healer if you ask him, and will sell you a fake Death spell cure for 50 gold pieces. He's actually a fake who's just an ordinary herbalist. The Death cure pills he sells are utterly worthless, but if you threaten him he'll give you some other pills that are genuinely helpful and restore your STAMINA.

Added DiffLines:

* BarbarianLonghair: When you're searching for the Healer in the Moonstone Hills, you run into a sleeping Barbarian. You can sneak past him if you're wearing the magical elven boots you can find in the Snow Witch's lair, but he'll wake up and attack if you're only wearing ordinary boots. Fighting him is arguably a better option, since he's carrying a bracer that can improve your SKILL and some silver arrowheads you can use to hitch a ride with a Pegasus.

Added DiffLines:

* DuelsDecideEverything: Your final battle with the Snow Witch involves you playing a game of "Discs" with her.

Added DiffLines:

* HalfwayPlotSwitch: Done twice. The first part of the book involves you hunting a yeti threatening the trade caravans of northern Allansia, after which you learn about the Snow Witch and her plans of conquest. The second part of the book features you destroying the Snow Witch and escaping from her lair with Redswift and Stubb. The third part of the book involves you traveling to Stonebridge and then into the Moonstone Hills to find the Healer.

Added DiffLines:

* IllTimedSneeze: One of the traps on the way out of the Snow Witch's lair involves a series of harmful footprints carved into the ice floor. If you try to avoid them, Stubb will sneeze and startle you into potentially jumping on them.
