- In spite being a crimeboss and being the person responsible for Fisk's rise to power as the Kingpin 616 Miles is still shown to be a Nice Guy. He refused to kill Fisk in prison and even saved him, earning him his scar around his eye, earning Fisk's friendship.
- Seeing Fisk fussing over 616 Miles' date is just Adorkable, and shows just how much he really does like Miles.
- The final pages of the final issue: Miles makes it over to the other Earth, meets the alternate version of his wife... and we find out he's on Earth-1610. That's right, the Ultimate Marvel universe is alive and well. Even more, the original Ultimate Spider-Man is around kicking Ultimate Green Goblin's butt with the aid of The Ultimates, whose only change is that Ultimate Iron Man is replaced with Ultimate Ironheart, and Ultimate Spider-Woman. And as Peter and Jessica swing away to meet up with Mary Jane (who Peter is still dating) and Aunt May (who has a new boyfriend), Jessica looks back at the reader with a knowing smile.
