* In general, the series' legacy in the worldwide anime fandom. It was a GatewaySeries for many western anime fans in the 90s and especially was beloved by girls the world over as an unapologetically feminist empowerment series that gave them strong heroines to look up to and continues to be loved by anime fans decades after it concluded.
* Around the time Creator/VizMedia revealed the new English dub cast, Creator/AmandaCelineMiller, the new voice of Sailor Jupiter, was overjoyed to have gotten the part, and wrote a [[https://amandacelinemiller.tumblr.com/post/91511747791/how-sailor-jupiter-made-me-who-i-am-today very touching Tumblr post]] about how she identified with and looked up to Sailor Jupiter as a child. That's just too sweet for its own good.
* During Florida Supercon 2015 on the panel with Creator/StephanieSheh and Amanda C. Miller, a man in the audience said that [[GirlShowGhetto his friends make fun of him]] because he's a ''Sailor Moon'' fan. Cue Miller saying that he's awesome with Sheh adding "Real men watch ''Sailor Moon''!", which doubles as a SugarWiki/{{Funny Moment|s}}. * Read any interview with anyone from the old English dub cast. It is really heartwarming that in the years since the old dub aired on North American TV, they enjoyed working on the show and it still means something to them so many years later (even if the audience might not agree). They also supported the Viz redub, which is heartwarming on its own.

* When Viz Media released the announcement trailer, the notice that this new English dub will be uncut was displayed over an unambiguously romantic moment between Haruka and Michiru.
* Terri Hawkes, considered the definitive voice of Sailor Moon in the original dub, described her mother frequently dressing for Halloween and getting very excited whenever she saw children dressed as the Sailor Scouts. She would proudly say "I am Sailor Moon's mother."
** Terri also lent a testimonial to the below-mentioned book, where she stood by ''Sailor Moon'' as an example of a powerful feminist work (lest you think this is her being hyperbolic, she herself is an outspoken feminist with an MA in Women's Studies) that, even with some mild ValuesDissonance, holds up very well nowadays and is proud to have been part of it.
* Karen Bernstein, the first dub voice for Sailor Mercury, is normally a ReclusiveArtist and reluctant to give interviews or appear at conventions. However, she supplied a testimony for the ''Sailor Moon Reflections'' book - where she called doing the series a highlight of her life and stated she was proud of the impact it continues to have years later.
* Katie Griffin was the only one of the original voice actresses who didn't audition for Sailor Moon and says she was glad - "I knew Mars was my girl" - and called Raye one of her favorite roles.

* How Sailor Moon saves Chibi-Usa when the latter becomes Dark Lady: she uses the Silver Crystal to turn into Neo Queen Serenity, withstands the energy that Dark Lady sends at her and Mamoru, and talks her down, saying that they love her. Dark Lady reverts back to her child self, apologizes for what she did, and strives to make things right when Wiseman reveals he is the Death Phantom.
* The final episode and this exchange between Usagi and Chibi-Usa.

* Although it's never seen or even mentioned, there's the strong implication that after Galaxia returns all the Star Seeds, everyone who died during thst season, including the Sailor Animamates and the Senshi's loved ones (all offscreen), have been resurrected/reincarnated, and are now living happy lives!

* How Kenji and Ikuko react to meeting Mamoru for the first time. This was also when Usagi and Mamoru had the RelationshipUpgrade to OfficialCouple since they never got together in the previous arcs. Kenji, of course, goes into OverprotectiveDad mode and is hostile. Ikuko says that she wants Usagi to invite Mamoru to dinner. It helps that Mamoru is a catch: he's an intellectual student, has held down a job, and is handsome.

** When the inners and outers find Chibi Moon, she and Sailor Moon exchange a silent but loving glance. You can tell from the looks on their faces how much Chibi Moon idolizes her hero, and how relieved Usagi is to see Chibiusa is safe.

** The opening scene depicts the 5 inners with HappierChildhoodFlashback sequences. They’re all really cute.

* Naru talking to Usagi one last time before getting {{Brother Chuck}}ed in the later episodes, implying that she knows something about the dark crystal overrunning the city and telling her to be careful.

* Also the very last scene that shows Chibi-Usa reunited with her parents and friends over a renewed Crystal Tokyo. And Chibi-Usa managed to remember her manners. She took the time to present herself properly and ''curtsy'' in front of everyone before finally rushing into her mother's arms.

** From the same episode, doubling as a TearJerker : still weak from giving blood, Jupiter falters when running to the fight, and Sailor Moon - still traumatized from remembering the events at D-Point - begs her to go home, at one point saying "I know I'm a slowpoke and I'm always running away, but I'll work twice as hard today for you." She only relents when Jupiter holds firm that she won't let anyone else get hurt like Shinozaki. Both Moon and Jupiter are driven to be there for their friends.

** This is, however, quite dampened by the fact that his targets turn into ''humongously'' abusive assholes to everyone around them due to possession/his influence.

* In episode 22 of the [=DiC=] dub, a minister comforts Molly about Nephlite's death before Zoicite takes his Rainbow Crystal.

** Usagi manages to restore Prince Endymion's memories right when he's about to behead her, by showing him the locket he gave her. Endymion touches it, and has many memories of him and Usagi interacting. It ends with Usagi comforting him in the hospital...which we learn later is what happened when he was recovering from his accident as a child.

* Although it's a fairly brief moment, Hotaru and Chibiusa reunion after spending a long time apart is truly rewarding.

** In general terms, the fact of seeing the Outer Senshis again after being completely absent in SuperS and reuniting with the Inner Senshis to fight side by side against Nehelenia is gratifying in itself.
