After being initially flabbergasted at the request, the devil gave him a succubus and when it came time to go to hell, he revealed that the woman was just a demon and their love was fake. Sinner didn't care and loved her regardless, his love actually befouling hell to the extent Satan threw him out, and naturally heaven wouldn't take him. The succubus, Pretty Poison, was so fascinated that she came to live with him and tried to change her nature. At the climax of ''Hex and the City'', Sinner ends up [[TakingTheBullet taking a blast for Pretty Poison]], knowing to destroy her form will send her soul to hell to suffer. Pretty Poison, not wishing him to die for her, steps to take the blast for him. This act of true love redeems her soul and turns her back into an angel, resulting in her taking Sinner to heaven, where both have earned paradise together.
