Whilst he isn't really devastated, it's nice to know that Mark shows that he has some respect for Buckell; especially when Mark exits the bunker, he states that he will not try to stomp on Buckell's body, even though he greatly distrusts dead (or supposedly dead) bodies.

*** The above point deserves mention too about saving everyone as he at first chooses that whatever happens will be canon...and accidentally gets Mike killed. However, he quickly [[SaveScumming resets his game]] to prevent this. Cheating? Perhaps, but the mistake had been a result of a fatal misinterpretation of one of the game's totems, which seemed to suggest Sam remain perfectly still and do nothing at all even when presented with a choice during the wendigo invasion of the cabin. Mark's refusal to let the ambiguity of the game's clues prevent him from saving Mike, who he had been ripping on a lot over the course of the game for his often jerk-like tendencies, is pretty cool.

* Mark's reactions after beating the first two levels of ''VideoGame/{{GTFO}}'' by himself. The first time, he is shaking in absolute shock, and the second time nearly reduces him to tears. He's just so happy for beating them, and much like ''[[VideoGame/FiveNightsatFreddys FNAF]]'', it will bring a smile to your face.
