- In a tie-in to the Hellfire Gala, issue 20 opens with a letter from Emma to Kitty about her outfit. While leaving everything else in the design to Jumbo, Emma commissioned the X-shaped diamond brooch with the bullet design as an explicit reminder to Kate of when she saved the world when no one else could. That everyone she meets is alive thanks to her.
- The rest of issue twenty is the Marauders crew holding a farewell party for Storm, who's leaving the team after the Gala. They pass the time sharing stories of their time with her and playfully guessing at how many knives she has on her person.
- Issue 26 has Harry Leland’s return since his Heroic Sacrifice against Nimrod which has a few heartwarming parts.
- Emma and Sebastian ease him into his return accommodating his tendency for panic attacks.
- One he’s settled and informed he is brought to Tears of Joy at mutant fin all coming together and building a paradise nation.
- Harry is introduced Shinobi Shaw, his son and is overjoyed giving him a Bear Hug.
- In Marauders #18, the Morlock Masque is brought into the newly-founded Moira McTaggert Memorial Hospital with no clue as to why he's there. And then he learns that Genosha has decided to use his biomanipulation powers as part of the clinic when he is presented with a tearful Madripoor family and their baby daughter, who suffers from a pronounced harelip. Despite his surprise, and his long history of abusing his powers, Masque heals the little girl, and is then embraced by the jubilant parents. The kicker is the way Masque is shown staring at his hands in obvious surprise afterwards, as if he's truly seeing their potential for the first time.
